Week 24 – Twin B has IUGR

Today we found out that the girl (Twin B) is not growing as fast as the boy. The medical term is IUGR (Intrauterine Growth Restriction). She is measuring at about 21.5 weeks and he is measuring at about 23.5 weeks. Sarah is being put on modified (light) bedrest to help the girl get more blood from the placenta. Let’s hope she can put on some weight!
